Burning fat: Bodies first for energy...sugar! Replace with healthy fats(coconut oil)& watch the fat melt off!!!

To burn fat, you have to remove the excessive amounts of sugar and replace with healthy fats like grass fed butter/ghee, coconut oil, avocado oil, and olive oil. The funny thing about healthy fats... aren't actually what makes you fat. Low fat diets are the worst thing for your body! Your brain above all needs the fat too! Try eating a TB of unrefined organic coconut oil 1x/day for a week. See how you feel. Your memory improves, and your body thanks you by feeling better!

My results: (55lbs in 9months!)

Bodies burn sugar first before fat. Not to mention most people today consume over 2 lbs a sugar a week, mainly processed sugars too. So then how are you going to lose the fat when your body is still burning sugar!? Best to use unprocessed sugars, like honey, which your body burns slower over a period of time, resulting in no sugar crash. Removing processed sugars and grains really helps for clear skin, and healthy gut(which they now call the "2nd brain")too.

"However, when you eat sugar and fat together, your body will burn sugar first. I believe that it burns the sugar off because that is one way to get rid of it. Sugar causes damage by glycosylation and having it around too long is extremely damaging and accelerates aging.

People get fat not so much because they eat fat, but because they have forgotten how to burn it, and because of poor hormonal communication.
Obesity is the price you pay to keep your blood sugars down. If you continue making fat out of sugar, it takes sugar out of your bloodstream, keeping your blood sugars low. You continue getting fat and having poor insulin sensitivity, but are not yet diagnosed with diabetes.
We are really a colony of cells. We are not a single individual. We are 10 to 15 trillion individual cellular lives that are trying to live in harmony. It is only a testament to the fine behavior orchestrated by hormonal orders that we perceive our 10 trillion lives as a single individual. We are really a finely tuned ant colony or beehive.

I would say the healthiest thing you can do for your body is learn about what you are putting in it on a daily basis. Not just food either!

Congrats on your weight loss! I have been researching and experimenting with a modified Keto/low carb diet. It's pretty awesome.

I did some fasting at one point during the past 9 months. However, that was because my body wasn't able to process enough since my thyroid was rebalancing. Anyone with thyroid disorders should make sure to take 2-4 tablets a day of an iodine/iodide supplement like Iodoral(what I use, cheaper to buy on amazon.)

I keep reading about fasting but haven't had the motivation to jump in. I really love eating.

Hi. I just dont know the strategy from you post. Just less sugar and take good oils? I really like this post and am interested in knowing more. How much did you take for good fat? Did you eat any processed sugar? Did you exercises?

@naturalista, I am really interested in your article. I don't know if you saw my comment so I am tagging you now.
