The Body Language of Emails
Our main methods of communication in the workplace are two: written and verbal, which basically boils down to emails and meetings. But can we read beyond these two simple means of text and speech? What is the body language that we can extract and interpret from these methods?
It’s easy to understand during a meeting what body language is being transmitted just by watching the speaker. But what about an email? What underlying messages can we give off with electronic communications sent and received by computers?
