Scam VS blackmail on Steemit : @r4fken tried to blackmail @moonflower
The user @r4fken tried to blackmail @moonflower because he used Fiverr services to buy the verification picture. He created a post to delate the scam :
Then after a very fast review of @moonflower account we can see that @r4fken tried to blackmail him, asking for money. The blackmail didn't work (or did it ? who cares), then @r4fken created the topic about the scam.

I believe that both users should be penalized, one for buying a fake verification photo and the other one for blackmailing another member instead of just creating a post in #steemitabuse to help the community.
