It looks like this new person has received 20 upvotes. Only one vote has currently amounted to any earnings. Basically 19 votes out of 20 were completely wasted.
They upvoted my last post. I was going to return the favor but my vote is not worth .02. :(
I think the .02 earnings threshold should be lowered.

I guess that's better than nothing but it's still very frustrating. Feel free to upvote yourself if you want so I can upvote your comment. Otherwise I guess I'll just upvote some of your posts where my vote will actually count. I wish I had learned this sooner but better late than never.
