Russia blocks telegram message apps
Russia began imposing a ban on its popular instant messaging service, Telegram, in accordance with a court decision after the application refused to provide encrypted messages to the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).
Russia's state telecommunications regulator Roskomnadzor said Monday it had sent a notice to the country's telecom operators instructing to block the service.
