@thedarkhorse - I never really grasped the (in)significance of small-value votes. I thought small votes would just accumulated so the person would receive something. As a plankton / minnow I naively assumed I was helping others and myself by upvotng certain posts and comments. Thank you for explaining the system in an understandable way.
