My CURATION PROJECT to promote QUALITY & ORIGINAL content

Hello Steemit Friends,

I'm proud to present to you my latest project:

@miti CURATION!

My intent is to promote post from authors with reputation under 45 and Estimated Account Value under $100 (minnows) who very often don't have incentive to write good quality content because the low reputation doesn't attract "whales" attention on their posts; in the long term instead of being encouraged to continue, they are being discouraged from doing it.
The growth of Steemit Community is based on quality of contents, otherwise there wouldn't be distinction with others social media.

THE INITIATIVE

Every monday i will open a post with @miti CURATION logo and all authors who respect the rules, could link their post who meet the quality and originality criteria. Every friday i will reward the 3 best posts with SBD prize.
The project will last one month and if this goes well, i will extend it for an unlimited duration.

THE RULES

• Only authors with reputation under 45 and Estimated Account Value under $100 could participate;
• Only posts no older than 2 days;
• One post linked for authors;
• Upvote the weekly curation post is not necessary but preferred;
• Authors have to link their content answering the appropriate curation post; i will open it every monday;
• Authors must resteem the curation post to diffuse the initiative;
• Curation week start on the opening of curation post onmonday and ended on thursday;

THE PRIZE POOL

Because it is an initiative which is based on my own resources, the prize pool will be modest, but my hope is to increase it. The payout will be structured like this:

1st place: 0.6 SBD
2nd place: 0.3 SBD
3rd place: 0.1 SBD

THE WINNING POST

I'm the only judge of this CURATION project. I'll see all the linked posts and i'll choose the three best post that I think meet the criteria of quality and originality.
