Voting for own content increases visibility and reach potential.
Not voting is okay if you have a following, but I recommend voting for self to increase visibility, at least until some sort of communities function happens.

Doing or not doing something so that you don't seem "lame", or so that you do seem "cool", is actually lame. So not voting for yourself for those reasons would be silly.
You get a few more steem, so of course you vote for yourself. Not doing so would be like a politician not voting for themselves. If you won't spend your influence on you, why should I?
well, I was being a bit sarcastic... In the end I don't pay much attention to how it's seen, I do it anyway, right? :)

Is this something that changes? on Steam people share their creativity, thoughts, life. if you add yourself voices, your post from this will not become more beautiful, only more noticeable. Incidentally, I also think about raising myself, but I get lost, I find it pointless.

Yo creo que el debate pasa por los que tienen MUCHO voting power, y suben cualquier tontería que sacan de google. Para los demás no tendría que ser algo mal visto.
