@tipu is not a bidding bot so its more like a payment. Also @tipu has auto refunding so you can send even 1000 SBD - if only 20 SBD will be used for a $26 upvote (example) @tipu will immediately send you back 980 SBD. Currently max upvote is around $40 so there's no need to send more than 30 SBD/STEEM.
