britt.the.ish Steem Power is basically Steem held in a fund. Vests are Shares in that fund.
Today 1 MV = 1M VESTS = 470.30 STEEM x Steem price $1.49 = Vest value $700.74 . Keep in mind that the # of Steem ,Steem price, and the $ value of a vest change every day . Here's an example of the value of all 3 on October 6 , 2016
1 MV = 1M VESTS = 369.392 STEEM X Steem price $0.41 = Vest value $151.820
And that is about all I know about the vests
