WEEKLY INCREASE / DECREASE OF STEEMIT UNIQUE VISITORS <<>> CHARTS
🐒 I was wondering how much the unique visitors are increasing or decreasing week over week. Steemit unique visitors growth week over week has slowed compared to it's peak growth and this week over week has put in a new Negative low as reflected in the charts below.
Unique visitors refers to the number of distinct individuals requesting pages from the website during a given period, regardless of how often they visit. Visits refers to the number of times a site is visited, no matter how many visitors make up those visits. When an individual goes to a website on Tuesday, then again on Wednesday, this is recorded as two visits from one visitor. Because a visitor can make multiple visits in a specified period, the number of visits may be greater than the number of visitors. A visitor is sometimes referred to as a unique visitor or a unique user to clearly convey the idea that each visitor is only counted once.

I think the decline is due to two things-one the price of the payout. People who are using the voting bots have seen a major loss than ever before. The second is people come on here with hopes and desires of making money only to be shattered to realize that you have to spend money here and what you spend you will not get back. This is a patience game and many do not have that patience and time.
I guess the decrease/increase is due to lack of moral of existing steemians, hence reducing their desire to steem by old members (steemians) while the rate at which account get approval is slow.

I would go on a limb to say its pretty obvious why there is a decline in the unique visitors...
The massive decline in value of STEEM and SBD and all these issues we keep reading about as Minnows here on the site, yea I bet people are getting bored and moving on.
Vote bots, spammers, whales who self vote only, the whale war.. whatever else issue there is.
But hey, those of us determined to make it one way or the other realize this is an opportunity to grow big.
