A lot of people start powering down.... but it will rise again , we just have to wait a little bit and steem will be up :)
Powering down slowing down because the whales already did when the price was much higher, and they've likely stopped it because it's worth waiting for the price to rise again. OR, they've powered down enough for now over the past year/months to have enough sold off to ride what they have left.
