My First Time.....Selling SBD Was Awesome

Today I want to write about my first time, it happened way back........last week on Thursday, May 11 2017, and it was better than I expected it would be 😊, obviously you know what I'm talking about right? 😉

I SOLD Steem Dollars (SBD) for Bitcoins (BTC) and then I sold that for Mexican Pesos (MXN) and then I used the money to BUY stuff, it made me feel like I was "the wolf of Wall Street" or something, I know I didn't actually sell stocks and it's not like I made fortune or anything and definitely didn't scam anyone, BUT what made this experience so good for me was a couple of things:

1. It was hard for me to learn and understand how to get SBD out of STEEMIT and into a wallet to then sell SBD for BTC then transfer that to another platform to sell BTC for MXN and then get that money into my Bank account 😵, it took me a few days of reading tutorials, investigating terminology, looking for the best websites to trade SBD for BTC and then other ones convert BTC to MXN (https://bitso.com turned out to be a good option for me in Mexico), I was scared of losing the money, it was all new to me, so I was PROUD of myself for being able to get the transaction done.

2. It was lucky for me to have sold SBD for the first time during a price spike 📈, so that made the whole experience more exciting, it felt like I was playing a fun game with everybody in the world and I felt like one of the winners in it, I felt part of the phenomenon, made me want to be a trader 😁.

Just look at this beautiful screenshot I took today of the Poloniex.com exchange page, I don't understand fully what all those numbers mean but I'm in love 😍, and if somebody wants to explain to me what those charts and numbers mean I'm opened to learning new things.

Now this is a screenshot I took of my trade history, I started first with selling 7 SBD to understand the process and then I sold the rest, unfortunately at a lower price the second time, but that helped me learn how quickly and how volatile the cryptocurrency market is, please note that the 57 SBD I sold was for my significant other @lenin-mccarthy, it was his SBD.

At the end I can tell you that now I understand better the people that work in the stock market and I realise that I still have a lot to learn how to be a trader but ooooh boy it was sooooo fun, I'm hooked, I wanna do it all over again 😁.
