STEAMROLLED INTO STEEMIT!!! My Introduction

Ok , OK... Im doing it! Damn it!

Hi Everyone, I don,t really know what STEEMIT is about, however there is an urgency in my partner for me to sign up and blog about things I'm interested in or .....something!! He has been trying to corral me away from TRACEBOOK and be "more productive with my spare time".

So here it goes... I love cooking Eastern European food, the good old recipes that take ALL BLOODY DAY to prepare and cook, slow roasted pork shoulder, with potatoe (english spelling) dumplings and sauteed saurkraut caramelised in a good draught beer. Kolace - delicious yeast pastries the size of dinner plates filled with sweet farmers cheese and rum infused Aussie sultanas (Bundy rum, that is!!) Any way you get the picture!!

Photography is another of my almost passions. I'm still learning, so please be kind if the lightening is not right or the composition sucks, my eye sights not so good these days! I love taken photos of nature, flowers, plants, insects, humans etc... but my favorite is our beautiful Aussie beaches.....ahhhh.....

And besides the love of my life who is 1 in 7 1/2 billion, there is "ROARY" my delinquent fur baby and BOY do I have some stories to tell about that one!!!!!!!
