Are you arguing for equality of outcome or equality of opportunity? How do you recommend a whale be "regulated"? How do you define "fair"? If one person can invest more than another, can that still be considered fair?
I am not an expert on Steemit, but as far as I can observe, the opportunities seems to be equal. Therefore I would like to see more equality of outcome. At the same time, we begin at different starting points, some who have more time to invest while others may have more money to invest. But the opportunities should be fair regardless of where your starting point is. It would also be interesting to hear your take on this matter @lukestokes
