This is a great question. sometimes down votes are visible as "-name" rather than "+name" after you click the down arrow next to # votes to the right of the $ amount... but I think if you use something like PIStON you might be able to see all the votes.
If you want me to downvote so you can check this, I can... LOL just kidding, go check another downvoted post...
