If you want to read Part 1 before you get started with today's submission click HERE. Actually, I recommend it.

Here we go now, starting with number 8: (You're gonna love this!)

#8. Fear of Organic Food

Let's be real. Organic food is some scary shit, ya'll (I'm in Texas)! Chemical companies need you to be sick and dying. You are much more valuable that way.

Organic food has many times more nutrients in it than food grown in a massive mono-crop with pesticides and other chemicals.

Standard farming practices in the United States supports questionably motivated families such as Dupont, Dow and Krupps. These families are also known to be financially compensated by both the medical and pharmaceutical industry.

If everyone ate healthy, organic food, these powerful industries would lose a lot of money. People might lose their jobs, have to beg in the streets, go hungry, be homeless, push a shopping cart. So, yeah, organic food is scary stuff.

The SWAT team who felt threatened that fateful day by our little two week old baby was, in actuality, afraid of organic food. So, they crashed their big tractor through our front gate and plowed it directly through our feared football field size garden and mowed down our juicy tomatoes, sweet blackberries as well as our once thriving okra plants.

Healthy people who grow and eat healthy food might threaten these SWAT team members ability to provide a paycheck which in turn provides mono-crop, faceless farmer and processed foods for their families. Okay, I can see why a two week old baby might be a threat to a SWAT team member...sure.

Please be sure to UpVote and Reply to keep the steam rolling.

Tomorrow I will post part 3 with reason number 7. Each part will have links to all previous parts posted. See you then.

This article does point out some major fucked up aspects of the world we live in. It is true that organic gardens around the country are being attacked.
Though this $350,000 BLACK OPS SWAT raid is not a normal thing. This is about MUCH more than just growing organic food.
This is about someone being awake, empowered and self reliant in all aspects of life and SHARING that publicly with others.
This is what they are terrified of and justify the HUGE expense to try and stop it.
If you want to get more details of the story check out my articles here on steemit where I have video interviews on the subject~

I love that your so sarcastic and so real at the same time. There are many things brought up in this article that will give people something to ponder. Hopefully people will wake up and see what is happening right before our very eyes. It's time to live the solutions. I"m so grateful the Garden of Eden is setting an example.

I love showing people themselves through animation of regular behaviors. I could be angry or get everyone laughing with me at how stupid humans can be. Get ready for reason number 7.

the upside is that everyone involved in prosecuting the raid will have to go home and feed their families poisonous industrially produced food. they will weed themselves out eventually.

Maybe someday they'll come to the Garden of Eden and pull our weeds in exchange for a real meal. It could happen.

i hope so, i'd rather they help themselves and their families, rather than continuing to serve a system that hates them and will destroy them as soon as it is finished using them to destroy us.

So you're telling me that to protect my baby I should dump some Round-Up on my garden?? I know that I'll choose my kids over the plants any day of the week, but that sounds a little extreme.

Would calling my garden "all-natural" be an appropriate alternative to distance me from that evil ORGANIC label?

I love your complimentary sarcasm! It's like the word "witch". I know many witches who are basically shamans and healers using ancient practices. They discuss the negative ideas people have about witches. I suggest they change the word. The response is that the word is old and ancient and they're in the process of using they're Magick to shift beliefs.

The word organic does not belong to anyone. Organic is a God given right, not to be molded to manipulate the masses.

When discussing good witches and bad witches, sometimes it is hard to know...
##Which witch is which?

You didn't get raided because you grow organic food. You got raided because someone said you were growing weed. To spin it any other way is asinine. It was terrible enough as it was. No need to try to make it seem more stupid and unjustified than it already is.
