Have You Become a "Victim Of Imitation on Steemit?"-Please Don't Make Steemit A "Crypto News Bucket".

Imagine What the world would have felt If everyone have looked same. Everyone wearing same clothes, Having same conversation with you. Imagine eating same thing everyday, Imagine everybody driving the same car. All of this doesn't sound Good, In fact It sounds Horrible. 

The Basic Nature Of Humans is to be different and better than everyone else, But sometimes we fell in a trap, a trap of imitation. 

Now Imagine what would It look like when you open Steemit and you see posts only about Cryptocurrency. Whether It is Trending, Hot or New, I see a lot more crypto posts than anything else.

It almost looks Like every Third post Is either about "Which Crypto Could Make You Millionaire" or "Which cryptocoin Is rising to the Moon".

Although I don't have anything against Altcoin Writers, Even I Like to read Posts that provide some insight about any altcoin. But the problem is those who don't know much about altcoins and rather have interest in Arts, Phylosophy, Humor, Foods etc. starts writing about altcoins because it is easy money, and this doesn't produce the desired results which demotivates the authors.  

Have You Ever read about the "Theory Of Imitation".

Imitation:

"Imitation is an advanced behaviour whereby an action is elicited by an individual's observation and subsequent replication of another's behaviour. It is thus the basis of observational learning and socialization".

Theory Of Imitation:

Children learn by imitating adults. Their powerful ability to imitate—that serves them well in so many situations can actually lead to confusion when they see an adult doing something in a disorganized or inefficient way. They will repeat unnecessary steps, even wrong ones, that they have observed an adult performing, rethinking the purpose of the object or task based on the observed behaviour, a phenomenon termed "over-imitation." 

I think this is Happening on steemit Now and from a long time. The children are new steemians and the adults are well settled steemians Earning Hundreds of Dollars on Every Post. The New Steemians Imitates the old Steemians and starts writing about altcoins. They see that the crypto news/ crypto Predictions Posts are making good amounts. 

Steemit is based on the Belief that we write about what we are passionate about and we get some Income. So writing about crypto just because it is a Hot Subject Doesn't makes it Right. 

"Earning Less By doing what you like is better than Earning More by doing what You Don't Understand".

Among human beings, imitation can include such everyday experiences as yawning when others yawn, a host of unconsciously and passively learned replications of social conduct, and the deliberate adoption of the ideas and habits of others.

So, adopting an idea of posting about altcoin is pretty common based on the Imitation Theory, But the Real question is "Have You Become the Victim of Imitation?", Or you are being truthful to yourself and others and Sticking to the topics you have Interest in. You should ask this from yourself. 

We should not follow the mindset of the world, It might have molded our views and lifestyle, but it is indeed a choice to get out of it, once we have seen it is not for us.
