Being a Daily Author is not easy. It's a task that you need to do every day - just like work. It's something that build trust with your followers, that they can always rely on you to provide them with the information they are looking for, every day, without mistake...

It's not an easy task...

It's a hard task to take on. But it's beneficial for both the author, and the consumer. It's nice working towards something, having a goal, a meaning in what your doing. Being a daily author gives you exactly that - a purpose. You're doing something good for your followers, and in term they do something good for you - follow and upvote you.

Everything we do in life has to start from somewhere. Even if we fail in what we do, we learn something. A kick in the ass is a step further as I always say. That's why taking the task of being a daily author and providing the community with daily reports or updates was not a task I found to be easy at first. But here's the thing, I got better at it, I changed the way my posts are constructed, I started enjoying it more, it started being a habit - so if I can do it, you can do it too!

Here's where the author needs your support...

As a daily author you gain experience everyday in what you're doing, or the content you're creating. You reach a point where your content is exactly the way you want it to be, and you don't need to bang your head against the wall so much in trying to find ways of enhancing or changing your content.

Now that you've reached that point, and you're providing your followers with the highest quality content, you're in term looking for their support. A $0.01 from each of my followers would mean a $3.00 payout on my daily posts - which is awesome! It's a decent amount for me, I'd be happy if I had $3.00 constantly on my posts. But here's the catch, there's no consistency.

I've had the amazing luck to even have $70.00 payouts on my daily posts, but sometimes my posts don't even get $0.10 which doesn't come with the best feeling in the world. I would rather have consistency, and payouts of $4 - 5 on each of my daily post rather than a one-hit-wonder, and I am sure that most of the daily authors out there would agree with me.

SteemVoter is a tool that can allow daily authors to reach that level of consistency that they are looking for. In simple words, SteemVoter allows any Steemit user to set up voting rules, where he chooses the author he would like to support, and votes all of the author's content (new content). The rules are pretty easy, and they come limited in a number of 3 - so you can support 3 daily authors with your vote, or buy the VIP pass for only 3 SBD / month that will allow you to add up to 500 rules - so 500 authors that you can support.

This is how setting up the rules looks like... easy, right?

You can choose the author that you would like to support, the voting weight, the delay (20 minutes at least for you to receive curation rewards) and you're done! It's that simple - and that powerful.

What's in it for the curator...?

Well, obviously there's the curation rewards. Now, curation rewards might not be a lot, maybe you get 0.002 SP or 0.010 SP depending on how powerful your vote is. But think of it this way, if you vote 20 people every day, and you get 0.002 SP after a week from those votes, you're basically gaining 0.040 SP every day, in a week you're getting 0.280 SP and in a month you're getting around 1.200 SP just by letting SteemVoter do it's work.

But wait! We're only assuming that you get 0.002 SP back, what if your vote is worth $1.00 and you get 0.020 SP in curation rewards for each post? Then you just made 12.000 SP in a month, on auto-pilot. Yeah sure it might not seem much still, I know, but you're doing absolutely nothing for that reward, other than setting up the SteemVoter rules once - 3 minutes of your time.

Is it worth it? It sure is. First of all knowing that you're supporting an author is the best thing that you can get in return - you're like his Patreon - for free! Also, Steem Power gives you an interest rate, small as well, but you're actually taking advantage of compounding - interest over auto-pilot rewards over interest and so on... it's a snowball effect! The more you vote, the more you gain, the more your interest is worth and added to your account - it's a growth cycle.
