It looks like many problems to resolve, mostly coming from corruption and poverty.
As far as I hear, Bulgarian health system is a copy of the British one, with its own flaws, due to the higher corruption levels.
That's right, not sure who got that "great" idea as the health system in UK isn't the greatest and copying from one of the richest countries may not be the greatest idea too.
It is changing, although I can't tell if it is for the better.
