That's pretty cool. I really wish steemit would develop a way to hide old posts on an accounts main page. I would like to be able to hide posts that arent as good so that i could highlight the posts that I'm most proud of. No one is going to scroll through 100 posts on an accounts main page but they might scroll through like 20 or so.
That seems like it would be an easy fix and I would have thought the platform would have implemented that ages ago.

You can edit all posts for all time and so you can completely empty any post.
Oh interesting. But does that eliminate the "banner" of the post. By that I mean would a person be scrolling through a page of posts that have been whited out or would they disappear entirely making the page look seamless? A page full of blank posts isn't great. It would probably look like an account full of spam.

You can blank out the title as well and replace it with a "Deleted" placeholder for example.
