at least this will bring some awareness that there's something fundamentally that needs to be changed.
In India, there was a problem with cobras during the British rule. The Brits decided to give a bounty to anyone who turned in a cobra. People began breeding cobras and turning them in to get the bounty. The brits caught on and cancelled he bounty which caused the breeders to just release their cobras into the wild INCREASING the population even greater. I think you can see where I'm going with this one.
