RASHI JEY - DEEP, PROG, TECH HOUSE

Rashi Jey from India is a talented Electronic Music Producer / Dj who has a good taste for music .
She was first introduced to Carnatic music at a very young age and has trained herself in several forms of arts and music culture.
At the age of 17, she kickstarted her career in electronic music and has been performing under the name Kryll/ Kryller for the last 6 years.
As years passed, her evolution in music has given her the thought to diversify, explore and perform different genres of music.
She is strongly influenced by live musicians and believes in the broad spectrum of electronic music and has experimented on this by performing at strawberry fields (2014) with an 8 piece band, infusing electronic with live music calling it - “when extremes collide”.
It was in 2011 that she first started playing Psytrance music in Goa at various underground parties, music festivals, etc.
2014 was when she decided to go commercial and launched her project Kryller (Deep, Prog, Tech House Music) at the Times of India’s - God’s Own Music Festival where she was announced as India’s youngest Dj and had a crowd of 5000+ Music lovers tapping their feet to her tunes, after which she was featured as one of the top female DJS in India in a few articles.
The music that she is working on at the moment would feature her original production, mixes consisting of subtle melodies, analog sounds, with a combination of atmospheres dealing with live sampling techniques.

KRYLL / KRYLLER - PSYTRANCE, DARK PROGRESSIVE
Kryll is the brainchild of Rashi Jey from India.
At an early age Rashi Jey discovered electronic music and eventually fell in love with the idea of performing Psytrance music under the name Kryll.
After attending various trance parties on the beaches of Goa, Kryll fell in love with the atmospheres and the organic sounds in the music and decided to start playing this genre to express her soul and bring out her theme in music consisting of atmospheres, sounds of nature in the form of spiralling trance.
Kryll performed her first gig in Goa for a crowd of 300+ people and slowly over the years evolved too playing for a wider audience of about 5000+ people and it kept getting bigger and better.
She was strongly influenced and inspired by night time psychedelic music and her freedom gave her the push to go ahead with her ideas.
In the recent past, she conceptualised a few 24hr radio shows with the best names in the Psytrance scene around the globe in a European Radio station calling it “The Digital Party”.
She is currently working on her own production some of which has been uploaded online in various portals for listening.
