I dont see any point in implementing this? so you want to vote on your own post with a limit of 50$. you will receive 25$ and 25$ worth of SP.
The 50$ you put into Steem would be 100% paid back to you, and would just be a LOAN, there would be 0 earning potential for Steemit with this concept.

and i think it wont be technically possible, all SP are recorded in the blockchain, so i assume it wont be possible to add virtual Steam Power.

this would be basically just be a form of free upvoting your post, as you will receive 100% of your invest back.

I dont see any chance in 1000 years, that this idea will be implemented.

but i have to say, that i liked reading your post, maybe you can keep posting, this was an original idea!
