TOP 3 STEEMIT ACCOUNTS HELPING THE STEEMIT COMMUNITY GROW

Dear Steemians , having the capacity to enable the community to develop is an extraordinary affair, the effect that it does on individual steemians old and new is just so amazing. In this post, i would be offering to you Top 3 individuals that have been appreciatively helping the steemit community develop and furthermore helping the old/new steem users.
@jerryBanfield joined the steemit community May,2017 and has grown rapidly with over "12,040" follower, "54,051.791" steem power as at when this post was created
he is able to invite lots of people to the steemit community by simply creating ads on facebook, youtube, instagram social platform.
It was very easy for him though as he has lots of followers on this social media i listed out and all he quickly did was to invite them (his followers) to the steemit community. he also have since then creating some videos that can guide new/old steem users

@Curie is a curation project that aides and backings awesome posts made to steemit. Articles found by curie curators do get massive upvotes, so new content creators who are persistently making extraordinary or nice Articles without much achievement get some exposure. This in the other hand, give the author not to feel discouraged and keep up with the good work

@firepower is an indian steemian, who is helping the community grow really fast. He coaches new users to the steem community. He is really doing great job by empowering the indian youths with steemit. @firepower "My plan is to try and take Steemit to the masses and following is a quick coverage of the Bangalore event as it went down"

Advice to both new and old steemian
Steemit is a great community that rewards every individual for the content they post when they are been upvoted on. Don't pursue SUCCESS since it may look down at you however keep up your great work and SUCCESS would definitely pursue you.

one question: do you see a pattern between reputation score and earnings per post?
I mean if the rep is higher, will you get paid higher for the same post?
