In my actifit post yesterday I hinted that I was launching a project in 5 days (now 4 days) so in the days leading to the launch date I’ll be talking a bit more about what the project is all about without letting the cat out of the bag but so that you know as much as you need to know gather as much support for the project as it possibly can on launch date. I have designed it to be a community based thing that supports members who are authors and content creators to gain as much extra boost to their post which in turn should increase their reward and also drive them to continue in that path to greater success.

Who Are We Competing With And Who Are Our Competitors

I believe all projects are work for the interest of the growth of the blockchain, I will continue to be an active member of all the projects I belong to and will continue to support them as I have always done, I will also continue to join new ones that I feel support my interest. As the project owner it isn’t going to affect my involvement with other projects because we are all working for the common good of the blockchain. The project is structured in such a manner that it is not going to restrict you from belonging to other projects of your interest nor is it going to affect your current voting power after delegation of SP. It just serves as an additional boost in the upvote you receive. It isn’t like our normal curation trail that burns your voting power as members are posting on the blockchain, so you are free to continue voting for people you like voting for as if nothing has happened. Members are free to join and a free to leave without been held back at any time.

The Motivation

When I first started on Steemit I must say I was very confused, Steemit, Steem, SBD, SP, power up, power down and later on Steemit Inc.. I thought if I read more, I’ll get to understand what this blockchain was all about. I read and read and read and the more read the more I kept seeing that this was a place where the knowledge base is unending and you can’t stop learning new things. In all the confusions and shenanigans, I have seen loads of people who have held their own and have continued to help members grow in this blockchain with the various contents, Dapps and Projects they have introduced to the blockchain to help its growth and mass adaptation. I respect them a lot for the work they have done and have continued doing, they have continued to enlighten me and helped many others like me understand the potentials of this blockchain. I have grown in my own little way because of these people and I feel a lot of them have not been getting the rewards they deserve. A lot of good contents are been posted daily but are poorly rewarded, I feel we can work together to remedy the situation.

A Project of My Own

I have spent a lot of time working on this project tweaking it here and there to get the best result for members and believe me it has not been easy because I didn’t want it to be something that just comes and goes I wanted it to be something that will stand the test of the changing time we are in. As a matter of fact the launch date I had planned for was January 1st 2019 but because I wanted it to be a sustainable project I had to hold back and tidy up loose ends. To understand how I wanted my project to work maximally for its members, I have had to joined a lot of membership based community projects on Steem and have been active in them just to get that extra knowledge.

A Community Based Project

I have designed the project in such a way that it is going to be successful based on community effort. In essence, members of the project will drive its growth even though I’ll make a lot of sacrifices at the beginning so that it finds its feet. So, instead of acting on your own and getting little or no rewards for it, join this project and see that the power of many working together as one can be astonishing. Many working as one is the idea of this project. Yes, our contributions may vary, but it should not prevent us working together to reward ourselves in a way that nobody feels cheated or under rewarded and the result of which should be better if we did it on our own.

Who Is The Project Meant For?

Anybody that likes community based projects should get involved in it, it is aimed at supporting authors and contents creators get higher rewards for their works. It is for people who make at least one post a daily. One good thing about this project is that a part curation rewards earned in Steem/SBD will be shared among members. Sponsors and early members will also get a part of the STEEM/SBD earned from curation.

Early Membership Reward

I have done a lot of research and that is why I don’t want this project to be a paid membership community, I want the power of membership or non-membership to remain with you the member at all times and the only way that is possible at the moment is by making it a delegation based membership project where I have developed different levels of membership which is tired to different upvote levels. You choose for yourself what level you want to belong to and what percentage of the pool upvote you want.

To encourage early members of the project I have decided to share a part of the weekly curation reward in Steem/SBD with early members. I believe they will drive the growth and success of this project and should be rewarded accordingly. Please note that early membership status is only for a limited time so hurry up and join once you get the go on Monday.

Sponsorship

Apart from coming up with the idea of this project and developing it to where it is presently, I have personally been sponsoring everything that has got to do with making it a reality. In continuation of that I intend leasing SP to give the project the additional boost it needs in addition to members delegated SP. So it is not just the SP delegated that will give us a higher upvote, leased SP should sky rocket what members receive as upvotes to supper higher levels.

For this reason, I am seeking sponsors to join me in making this project a success. Your sponsorship can come in any form you are confortable with, it could be by delegating SP to us without needing a reward in upvotes, it could be sending us Steem/SBD to lease SP, whatever it is, I will greatly appreciate it and your name will always be in the archives of the project as one of those that made it a success. I also ask for your support in promoting the project in your various groups as I already mentioned above that it isn’t competing with any group, it is just us wanting additional rewards. I currently don’t have funding to boost the post to the top of the trending post page. So it is you and I doing our best to bring as much people as we can into the project.

I’ll be distributing a part of the curation reward to our sponsors, though the project has not started yet to know the type of curation rewards we will be receiving, so I am not promising that you’ll get a higher or equal amount of your support as reward for supporting the project as a sponsor but remember it is part of the goodwill we are looking for to succeed. I am hoping that the project will keep a lot of members of the blockchain active because of the incentives they will be receiving. Remember you can also opt out of receiving a part of the reward from the curation rewards if you choose to, I will always appreciate you.

Project Update Reporting And Transparency

I have asked you to join hands with me to grow this project together so it means you have the right to know everything that goes on with the project. The blockchain has made this possible as you can also check and track what is happening with the project so transparency is not going to be an issue. I will be providing weekly reports of the project in a weekly post which I encourage members to upvote as well because proceeds will also go into powering up or leasing SP which should increase your rewards via upvotes.

Membership Contest

The project will be running contest that is going to be for member alone. This is to encourage more membership and provide additional incentives for members. The nature of how the contest will run will be explained as the project grows.

In Conclusion

No man is an island and I believe working together will help us attain greater heights. I need you guys on this one, together let’s make a storm. I won’t be posting so much detail as the project launch date approaches. I have done this one out of respect for you all so that you are not kept in the dark as to what I am doing. I also wanted you all to understand the nature of the project so that you can take actions once it starts because I want the project to hit the ground running since I currently don’t have the funding to boost the post through promotions by bid bots. It is also a way to seek support for the project because I need your help in this one, I can only do as much as I can but with your support we can pop the roof.
