๐ฌ "I was a Dolphin, but when I got laid off last year I had to power down a lot of what i had which was over 11,000.00 SP! Im now around only 600.00 because the posts pay out crap! And it takes all my money that does come in now and what little bit I power down each week just to try and trend my post by using bots which usually doesn't work anyways , so I end up loosing money instead! And if I don't use bots my posts pay out usually less then 1.00 ! Hello To All The Minnows Out There!
๐ณ๐ฌ its really sad to see that the veterans like me that started here over 2 years ago get no support at all from the Whales and even less support from Dolphins because they are all leaving for the same reasons I mentioned! Both my sons have pretty much left too. Making only pennies a post gives zero incentive to stay or try to make better posts. I have tried so many different ways and nothing works, its hopeless really, and nobody seems to care enough to do anything about it, Especially the whales, they should be upvoting the veterans and showing support for their commitment to this platform and all the help we have given to the minnows goes unrecognized !

๐ฌ๐ So there you have it! Plus nobody hardly upvotes anymore and when they do its worth a penny or 0 because the Dolphins are all gone now pretty much! I know at least three who started when I did, that powered down and left . One recently started blogging more and returned @merej99 who joined about a week after me in July of 2016 who also powered down and hopes to be a Dolphin again sometime, but its very hard to do now on this platform unless some changes take place and the so called circle jerking stops! I am now investing in other things. END OF RANT...

I have been on this platform for a year tomorrow so i have seen steemit at its busiest and now its slowest.. i made it to minnow in less than 6 months but in the last 6 months i have only made 250sp for a total of 753sp right now.. its sad to see this platform slowly falling apart but i understand why people are discouraged. I Stay now for the community but i have stopped putting my heart and soul into articles because no one even cares anymore.. i use to get 30+ comments per article, now im lucky to see 10! I am giving it till the end of the year and if nothing changes i will also quit, but i wont power down, i do believe steem will be a top 10 cryptocurrency after they release smts but I don't know if steemit will ever come back to life after appics and other social media apps are available on the smt protocol.. i guess only time will tell.. sorry to hear about ur job loss and struggles, i hope everything works out for you.. Yes for sure I notice it on a daily basis. And like I said at the end I'm still here for the community and I'm trying to invest in other things like Steem Monster cards to sell later when they are worth more money. Thanks for your kind reply๐๐
