The first thing you need to do is Save up at least 1 SBD or 10 STEEM... That's the Minimum Transfer Amounts "tipu" will accept... Then your timing must be Fine Tuned, or the others wanting up-votes will beat you to that up-vote you're looking for... Check my Wallet and see how I do it...

I have a question though, how do i time my vote requests, ?
And i sent @tipu steem and it keeps returning it back to me, why?
