Every photograph increases the value of the Steemit blockchain
I want to stimulate the amount of photography on Steemit and reward the users for doing so. Every post on Steemit adds value to the platform. By correctly tagging every photograph and providing the correct context for each post on Steemit users will be better able to find the photographs. User may come from search engines like google search or using a future Steemit search engine. In essence creating a huge photography library on the Steemit blockchain. Creating both current and future value as posts made on the Steemit blockchain are forever.
How to participate
Share your photography with the relevant category hashtag and let everybody know where the photo was taken and/or what is displayed.
Current categories + prize pools
Monday: foodphotography 5 SBD
Tuesday: landscapephotography 5 SBD
Wednesday: architecturalphotography 5 SBD
Thursday: macrophotography 5 SBD
Friday: streetphotography 5 SBD
Saturday: sportsphotography 5 SBD
Sunday: goldenhourphotography 20 SBD
Payout
Every 7 days I will look through all the posts from the last 7 days and pick out my top 10 favourites. Each winner will receive 10% of the prize pool for that category. Each participant can win only once per category, but can win in multiple categories. Deadlines are at 23:59 UTC.
Depending on the how every category goes the weekly prize pools can be increased or decreased.

Ok, thanks! Forgot to ask - is there a limit to number of entries per category? And can I submit entries throughout the week, before end week (before next Monday for Food, before next Tuesday for Landscape, etc etc.?
Good question. The deadlines are on a weekly basis and I will look at all posts from the last 7 days. So you can submit your pictures during the week. You can enter multiple entries, however try to keep it manageable for me :P

The topics are going to be quite rigid since I want to see them grow and develop. What will change is the weekly reward pool. Topics doing worse than others might receive additional rewards to stimulate participance.
