Have you guys heard about the DAM COLLAPSE in southern Laos?
There are more than 10,000 people have been affected, more than 20 people are dead, more than 100 people are missing, and all the villagers became homeless now.

혹시 라오스 남쪽의 댐붕괴 사건에 대해 아시나요?
만명이 넘는 인구가 영향을 받았는데 그중 20명넘게 사체로 발견되었고, 100명넘게 실종되어 있고, 그 마을 전체가 현재 집을 잃고 구호의 손길을 기다리고 있습니다.

As I mentioned at the first, the reason why I am writing this post is I think we all steemians can gather the donation and send them.
As a newbie, I am not the right person to gather donation because
First, I don't exactly know how the steemit system is operating.
Second, I still do not know how to cash out steem dollar, or power down or others. I never tried.
Third, I am not the person all steemian can believe because I am a newbie.
However, I think @ned or co-founder, or some witness who everyone can trust might be able to gather donation with posting maybe and hand it to Laos government.

I do not really know about the steemit, but as i guess, we can gather a lot of steem dollar in a donation posting with "only a 100% upvote" by all active steemians, not transferring one to another(possible too, I guess).
As I searched, more than 700,000 votes are made daily. And there are more than 55,000 daily accounts transacting. (refer to the link below posted by @penguinpablo.)
In case, someone who can be trusted like founders or witnesses post for donation, and everyone who sees that post make 100% upvote. How much it will be?
I don't really know exactly, but it will be huge amount.
Is there any limit that post can get upvote no more than certain amount?
Anyway, with that payout from the posting, he/she/they could cash out and donate.
Am I thinking weird? isn't it possible? (If I am wrong, please understand me as a newbie and let me know the reason it is impossible, so I can understand more about steemit system.)

Please, please resteem if you agree and think it is possible and if you want this article reach to some witnesses or co-founders.

I think steemit can help the world.
I think this is why steemit exist.
I think this is why steemians love steemit.
I think steemit can have a good influence for the world.

앞서 언급했던 바와 같이 이 글을 쓰는 이유는 스티미언이 기부금을 모아 보낼 수 있을 것 같다는 생각에서 입니다.
저는 뉴비라 절대 안된다는 것은 알고 있고 이유는
첫째, 스팀잇 시스템이 어떻게 돌아가는지 정확하게 알지 못합니다.
둘째, 아직도 스팀달러 현금화 또는 파워다운 등을 어떻게 하는지 모릅니다. 시도도 안해 봤습니다.
셋째, 스티미언들이 믿을 수 있을만한 인물이 아닙니다. 뉴비라.
하지만, 네드나 공동창업자, 또는 증인들같은 모든 스티미언들이 믿을 수 있을만한 인물이라면 포스팅을 통한 기부금을 거두어 현금화한후 라오스 정부에 보낼 수 있지 않을까 싶습니다.

정확하게 스팀잇에 대해 알지는 못하지만, 송금하는 것(가능하겠지만)이 아니라 기부금을 위한 포스팅에 모든 이들이 풀봇 한번해서 모금을 하는거죠..
잠깐 조사해본 바로는 현재 하루에 행해지는 보팅수가 700,000번이 넘고, 현재 활동하고 있는 스티미언 수가 55,000 계정이 넘는 것으로 알고 있습니다. (참고자료는 @penguinpablo 의 포스팅이고, 한글판은 @arcange님 포스팅입니다. 아래에 링크 걸어놨습니다.)
모든 스티미언이 믿을 수 있을 만한 창업자나 증인들이 기부모금 포스팅을 하고, 그 포스팅에 활동하고 있는 모든 스티미언들이 모두 풀보팅을 한다고 가정한다면.... 얼마정도가 될까요?
계산을 안해봐서 모르겠지만... 아마도 엄청난 금액이 모이지 않을까 싶은데.....
혹시 한 포스팅당 얼마이상은 업보트를 더 받을 수 없도록 제한이 걸려있나요?
뭐... 암튼, 그 포스팅의 페이아웃으로, 기부모금 포스팅을 하신 분(누군가 스티미언들이 믿을 수 있을 만한)께서 현금화 후 기부를 할 수 있지 않을까요?
제가 이상한 생각을 하는 건가요? 불가능한가요? (혹시 제가 알지도 못하며 떠드는 거라면 아직 스팀잇에 대해 정확히 모르는 뉴비로써 하는 생각이니 너그러이 이해해주시고 가르쳐 주시면 감사하겠습니다. )
