Please note; this post is a bit lengthy and before you read through it, please have in mind that I usually do not talk this way in real life, it’s just I’m so excited about today be it Thursday. The words used in the post are spiced up with so much love and excitement!
So let me begin by first thanking all steemians for making my time on steemit worthwhile. I never thought I’ll be doing this but who knows, you can never tell the future, oops! As rightly said by a buddy of mine, AKA the "game changer" @mammasitta, when he said in a quote:
I truly don't fit into so called pension planning societies. I stopped making plans for the future and many ask me why.
I realized that every time I make plans, lifeevents turn me into a different direction and all my plans are down the drain.
Somehow it works better for me if I make the best out of TODAY and stay spontaneous for what is about to come my way for TOMORROW
That's how I found steemit and stayed that long

Enough of my picky talks. What brought us here, okay! this is how it goes..
I'm planning to acquire a mansion next month for my mum who claims steemit is a waste of my time, only trying to prove her wrong but that can be done with the help of you guys.
The house is up for SALE and it will only take day's before the deal goes off!
My friend Jeff who live next door, is into real estate - he broke the news to me last night, that the house is worth the penny. It 's going to appreciate in value in 6 months time, he said. if I don't take the bet, I may forfeit my wagon!
The house was built 1995. The house is occupying:
