@jadelacruz, good you have confirmed it's true. But I'm yet to know exactly what it means.

From what I could read its a way to lower the cost of creating new accounts, I would expect that delegated STEEM to disappear after a couple of weeks.
You think so? lets just watch and see. I hope You'll update me on what happens to it some weeks later @jadelacruz.
