Jacky is back in Toh Guan again in his coaching of children with his Brain Development programme! A practical session to help students master academic learning with the least resistance
In the second of a two-part session (read more about the first session, https://steemit.com/education/@jackythecoach/i-am-a-genius-workshop-toh-guan-rc-20-6-18-part-1), Coach Jacky delivers his “I am A Genius” session specially to the students and some parents and grandparents too! In this children-centric session, Jacky used the power of videos and games to engage the children. Jacky believes in the power of fun, to not only inspire during his workshops, but also during lessons; to catch, maintain and eventually create an interest in children towards studying the subject and create self-motivation in the individual.
Jacky believes in self-affirmation and self-motivation. By telling yourself ‘Yes!’ and pumping your fist every time you succeed at something, no matter how small the success, will subconsciously make you more confident and release hormones that make you feel good and anchors in that winning psychology.

No matter how silly you look doing it, Coach Jacky reminds the children not to mind others because if you score well using his methods, who cares how silly you look? You will be the one who gets the last laugh.
Do NOT let what other thinks affect you! You are you and you have to always give your very best!
Coach Jacky explains the important of having specific goals, because if you wanted to meet someone in the East of Singapore, would you be able to? No! It is far too vague. “Let’s meet at Changi Airport, Terminal 1, by the taxi stand,” would be more like it!
Multiple studies have shown that successful people tended to have very specific goals. As such, Coach Jacky asked participants to write down their aspirations for the future and be as specific as possible to help the young children better reach them. Having very specific goals help you to achieve, when you put in your very best!

Coach Jacky tells participants that behind every successful person (athlete, musician, etc.) is a coach guiding them to success. Coach Jacky encourages them to find that coach in life to enable them to reach greater heights than they would be able to otherwise.
