@cardboard - Now that it says that the bot is available and is offering a 101% upvote power, is that a change that it is a 1% + all of your bid? Is that how I should interpret that? It used to say things like 15% return, would that mean it would now say 115%?

Of the payment, @tipu is not a bidding bot :) also the return is variable, depending on demand/supply.
