No matter your current feelings, know that myself and many others genuinely appreciate what you've helped build here. I wish you the very best for your future, I'm sure you will do well regardless of the direction you choose. To everyone else, (myself included,) let's not panic! (There has been about a 18-20% drop in the price of STEEM since @dan's post about 1 hour ago...) I'm certain that we'll get more information in the next couple of days...

I'm not very worried, I'm not in it for the money and from what I've seen the community here is so passionate it seems like many would keep going regardless of the financial incentive.. But.. It would suck if this place went away.
On the other hand if it does, I think in something new will replace it in the future, so it was awesome to be a part of the process for this kind of new technology to find it's place. Or to be a part of an attempt to bring more fairness and freedom to social media.
Anyways.. Oh.. By the way.. 'm pretty certain there's a message from a long time ago of yours I haven't responded to. I still plan on it, just been swamped.
Thanks. I must admit I'm sorta here for the money, even if I've only generated a small amount so far, and haven't withdrawn any of it. Otherwise, I agree with everything you've said. Especially that the idea behind Steemit isn't going do vanish.
I understand about the message too, no worries. We're all having too many conversations at once probably. And it's hard to find a specific old comment/post the way the system is currently organized...
Well maybe a good time to invest then. If it makes a comeback it could be worth it. I've also only made a small amount, which is one reason I'm not so worried. I'm just glad to get my art out to more people and meet more interesting people and be a part of new interesting technology in the end though.
Thanks for being understanding, hope all is well. And yeah it is a lil difficult the way it's set up to go back and find old messages, but I will get around to it.(Most likely)

Thanks for the info about @dan , I'm really confused now. Not very worried, but so confused. I think the only thing that I can do is stay quiet and wait. I trust the the other "pillars" will work as well as they can to grow up Steemit.
