If it's a text file you can just push it as posts, if it's something a tad more complex like a pdf yeah a solution like memobox could work. Although I wrote that tool a long time ago and now I know that it's more optimized to directly use a custom_json operation rather than a post operation

I dont want to start using that very often and only someone with a lot of SP can afford that bandwitdh to start hosting images on the chain right? We only get a few KB of data to mess with really right?
