Hello steemianos I hope you are very well and eager to grow up in steemit.

I have several days thinking about the growth and profitability in steemit, the possibilities that steemit presents for the personal and economic growth of all of us is indisputable, I have noticed that each country has its strengths and weaknesses in the development of steemit.

In Venezuela we are going through a serious economic crisis but this although it seems contradictory is our strength as a community since we can take as a job to be a part-time or full-time blogger in steemit and this will generate us higher incomes than the average salaries in Venezuela (and this without investing money), for the steemianos that read me and are in other countries you on your side have a different strength and that is that you can invest and start with 300 to 500 Steem power and thus receive more profits.

For anyone is a secret that starting (without investing) our votes to 100% do not reach 0.01 $, not satisfied with that many times our first publications can go unnoticed and generate zero profits, this is why it is important to work as a team, for that there are many support communities in discord and if you want to make it more personal you can try to form your own community so that they can support and grow together.

I advise you to set a goal in SP and do all the necessary work to get to your goal as quickly as possible with your group, I propose to reach 200 SP at the end of the year.

Let's suppose that you work hard and achieve that you together with a group of the community have 200 SP C / u. (For the example we will assume that 30 of the members manage to reach 200 SP).

As indicated on the page, each vote at 100% generates 0.05 $, currently we would have two votes per day (100% to 96% of Voting Power) that would generate 0.05 $ therefore if all 30 vote would generate together a reward of $ 3, from here (94% to 80% of Voting Power) the votes will generate 0.04 $, again if the 30 make the respective use of their remaining votes until leaving their Voting power in 80% they would generate together a reward of 8.4 $ .

What would give us a total of daily rewards generated by the 30 members of (11.4 $) that would be transformed into (4,275 SBD and 1,246 SP) and this without taking into account the rewards as curators, at the current value of the SBD we would generate (4,275 * 4.1) = $ 17.52 / day or $ 525,825 / month, as the title says this is what we could generate for the community, not what we could earn because here we are not taking into account votes won outside the community.

This example is for a community that has money to invest and get to 500 SP quickly (at least 30 members). Already with this amount of SP varies what is generated almost in each vote, the maximum (100%) we generate 0.12 $ and the minimum (80%) generate $ 0.09, we will take an average for the calculations of $ 0.105 per vote, with the 300 votes / day that can be given by the 30 members would generate a total of $ 31.5 that would be transformed into (11,812 SBD and 3.10SP) Again this without taking into account the rewards as curators, at the current value of the SBD (11,812 * 4.1) = 48.42 $ / day or $ 1452,876 / month, not bad the money that can generate a community with 30 members each with 500 Sp?
