After Hardfork 20 New Scamming by Steemit

In hardfork 20 @steemitblog and @ned scott has mentioned that if a person take upvote from bot after 15 minute their curation reward will be 25% , But if a person take upvote from bot with in 1 minute their curation reward is about only 1% so using this method Authors are earing money , Only few bots were providing Quick upvotes Others bot ROI was 15% or 10% which is not enough to earn money from steemit.
But look at the screenshot what Steemit is now doing they disappear reward of Author if a author earn money by instant upvotes and Steemit deduct less curation, Steemit disappear their author reward and Send his earning to reward pool.
So Last week sudden all bots upvote value Hike and all of authors start buying upvotes and many of them got instant upvotes to earn some money because most of bots are not serving instant upvotes and taking full curation, Unfortunately Now Steemit has fixed 25% reward detuction from all users so when last week steemnow.com has same price value but upvote value of bots hike and when many people taken upvote from bot . Steemit drop the value of their post earning about 30% and then start cutting 25% curation and if a person was paying less curation due to instant upvotes Steemit start burning their reward getting all their earning money and sending to reward pool.

Hardfork20 is a weapon against all authors who work hard to write long articles and was trying to make handsome money from it Now Steemnow has the same value of price but steemit is decreasing post reward as much as they like and start burning author reward.
I like to Request @ned scott please hardfork 20 is not good update it kills authors they are not making money now all bots owners are earning steem reward pool is earning please stop this reward burning.

1 Authors are not able to earn money
2 Bots are making good money by curation reward
3 Those bots who wants to give profit to upvote buyers now steemit stealing all reward and cutting fix 25% curation
4 Hardfork20 spreading disappointment to newbies and writers to stay and invest in steem . That is why steemit price
is dropping day by day.

Witness please take Notice

I would like to ask witness to take notice of current reward cutting by steemit and please stop it most of investors are losing their money bots owners has fixed current ROI 10,15% and reward cut is 25% which is quite very high.
please find a new solution so that authors and writers earn some reward for their effort instead of giving all money to
bot owners and to reward pool.
