1.8x vote is a lot less than what "major" bid bots offer.
I like your service, so I wont go into details of your competition. But I have plenty of experience with them, and you can PM if you want to discuss details.
I think it also depends on the time of day, at some hours they are more busy than others.
As I said I will monitor the situation and make adjustments if needed :)
