Tin Foil Hat in a Closet

In the 2017 Justice League movie we see Wonder Woman saying these words - "(I am) A believer".

I find it interesting, that the media today shows us a lot of things about being a believer, being faithful and a bunch of other qualities. But never do they specify about what exactly what they want us to believe in? What exactly what they want us to be faithful to? They don't say it but the implication is clear - believe in what we show you, have faith in what we tell you ......................

I have learned the hard way to not to ignore the mad men. I now know that when mad men speak, they talk about a reality that is very real to them (maybe not to us). I respect these people who choose to speak their version of things, even though they might be called 'tin foil hats' or 'mad' for saying it.

I am the grey man of this time
My life became a calculated mime
I only say harmless and fluffy stuff
I keep my true words locked with handcuffs

When all the things around me looked wrong
When all that I heard was a liar’s song
It was then I had to choose this attire
To hide all my meaning in satire

It was the deeds old of brave’ns
To hide meaning in ravens
Now I only find this act hypocritical
That in itself was satirical

I claim to write this for more money
To make them think that my days will be sunny
I show not an ounce of shame to spare
Hiding every single moral fiber to care

While they look at my act convinced
I have no intention of telling them that I sinned
Let them see what they want to see
I’ll just be what I have to be

Once I wrote with dreams of freedom
Trying to usurp the fiefdom
After all these years I have given up
Now I search for a free world
