Proposal for steem.stackexchange.com
Are there enough programmers that need questions answered concerning the steem blockchain and third-party applications that utilize the blockchain? Are you stuck with a mining question? How about using nodes for your wallet? Do you want to try to become a witness? Wondering how the algorithms work behind payouts? Heaven forbid, do you have a question about bots?
if so, please read the faq and leave comments so that we can get this off and running.

This will be a great addition to the community and it will increase our visibility to all of those on the Stack Exchange platform.

I'm not sure what I can do to help, but i'm happy to do what I can to help you with this.
Compilation of questions is probably what I will need to do the proposal. So if you have any specific questions let me know.
