Thanks for the information. Your math works out and is explained well. For anyone interested in making immediate money from their posts, your advice is spot on.
I’m more interested in building a steem cache for the long term. I don’t plan to payout anytime soon. Just interested in helping to build the Steemit community by providing content.
Thank you all for the salient information. I guess in order to optimize your payout structure here on Steemit, you must really have a clear idea for your cash/influence goals for the platform.

Alternatively, is there a reason why SP 100% is worth it? we were using that option in the hopes of getting a lot of SP, but youre saying you be able to just buy more SP with the extra SBD you make when the price of SBD is higher than STEEM?
@cloudconnect obviously if the price of sbd is lower than SP this option will not work and you need to use 100% SP only
