Hard!
Hello STEEMIT! Finally!!! Yay!
I joined Steemit last month and no matter how many times I attempt to post and write something, I always end up not writing anything at all. I don't know if it was pure procrastination or I am just lazy ---or I just don't know how to start and what to write. One of my attempts, I remembered I started with " I am never a writer" ( because I never really written anything other than thank you cards ) and " I feel like I am lost"( literally, I do not know where to write this and that, so right at this moment I am just pushing my guts to the brim that this would appear in my feed and hopefully you guys can read this) but this I clicked the red "X" button in the upper right corner of my screen and browsed on Lazada and shopped for baby clothes instead, so from the time I joined until this moment I just visit to upvote some posts randomly and that's it. One time I already told myself that I will write about some nice stuff, I even prepared a pen and paper but still, I just put it aside. I don't have a profile picture yet but I searched google and I already have an idea but I do not have a decent human-looking picture yet, so I will do it later on. I do not even know if I followed someone already. I do not know how to do that yet so please help me (teach me) how to follow, so I could follow you, and please return the favor (LOL!Kidding!) And now finally, I did it! Congratulations self!

Congrats for finally composing your #introduceyourself post teach Glazee. You don't have to worry about your profile picture, any will do. Also, use five tags for your future posts. I suggest you also include pictures, even the grabbed ones from Google (don't forget to include the source), because it can give a better picture of your blog.

Teach Glazee, I suggest that you try not to upvote the comment. Your upvote is worth 0.002 cents and if you upvote someone's comment, he/she doesn't get anything from it. You'll just drain your voting power. Upvote blogs that you like. It can help the author to gain more earnings. ;-)

I think people on this platform, especially little minnows like us, should reach out to everyone not just to get an upvote, of course, that would be sweet, but better have a good relationship with others. Some input for you to write an introduction post, Just be yourself and write what comes to your mind. it will be natural that way. If you don't have a profile photo, pick any photo that represents you. Alternatively, you can insert other images such as the place you live now,
To get a follower, first, you must take the initiative to follow others. One of the places to get follower is to follow those who give you input in your post like steemians who commented here.
@loudetteiam has pointed out the use of the tag. A tag is one of the important element people can find you. Normally, for an introduction post, the tag #introduceyourself is used as a first tag, then you can include another 4 more which should be relevant to your write-up
Do a search in google if you do not understand certain thing o join a discord server where you can ask questions. Discord is a great place to meet people and learn from each other.

This is a great start @glazee. Just getting the first post out of the way is a major accomplishment. I had about 1000 things I wanted to write about the first post I did, I was paralyzed by over-thinking, and wrote a post that literally two other people voted for over the seven days. It would wise to think about what your interests are, a few are quite beneficial here on steemit. Photography is the most submitted type of work on steemit, so if you are even a recreational photographer posting about that with a nice explanation can help you get noticed in massive amounts of communities on here that do that. Also there are several writing communities, these are really neat because they require no particular amount of skill and very little time. A lot of people post about cooking, animals, just about anything that is of interest to you that you would like to share. I can help you, being a friend of @loudetteiam is very beneficial, she can help you a great deal as well, along with the community to get you going full speed. Again, congratulations on breaking the ice and getting that first post done, you may also want to add some hash tags to this post including: #introduceyourself, #newbieresteemday, #helpie, or any other hash tags that @loudetteiam would recommend you to use. Excellent work, this post is worthy of some upvotes I will get you via minnowbooster!

Its Ok if you don't have time to make a post and just do one here and there . Making good comments will benefit you greatly at this time . And using learning Tags . When you get a little better you can do an introducing post later , don't rush it (you didn't use the #introduceyourself tag on this post) :)
