Here as I had promised earlier. I will come up with great ideas for all the New and growing steemer that what are the most important thing you should do .

So without take any further time lets discuss:

Important point you should focus if you are new here or growing.

1. Not to focous on earnings.

Yaa I know, your first reaction , WHAT? Are u mad. Well my friend I am not. So let' begin the discussion. Here when I said this people start thinking that he must now talk about good content and all. Yaaaa, you are right but also I have something else for you. You must do your all focous at initial to make your followers base . And how you can do that just , decide in which field you want to blog and go and upvote and give a genuine comment on there post so that it can develop a trust between you and them. And trust Mony of them also do same for you.

2. Try to make connections with people.

Well does it same as you talk earlier , no it's not. What I am here talking about is just reply every comment which you recieved from other. This is the real thing you have to learn. Thus will make your followers base and a connection that help you to grow.

3. Work on your good reputation .

What is meaning of Good reputation. As people start following you Your reputation also goes up. And with your good reputation people can trust you more easily. As you grow like this at some points people stat following you from other reference.

4. Work on your development .

Here at last I choose this but it not mean it's less important but more important then all. No matter how do you started but the thing that matters is, you have to improve your content and also start focusing on your writing because good writing is appreciated by all.
And why I had tell you that it's the most important step is because it is the very basic steps that will give you awesome reward in a long run.

5. Appreciate other post .

here, I am telling you a secret. And why I am telling this because I want all of you to grow here.Writing a comment on other post may improve your writing skill as well as it may give you an awesome reward. Because if you do appreciate the post of others, They may send some of the there reward to you and I have practically verify it.
