Ever wake up and have that strange feeling that you have seen something or someone or even done this same thing sometime before. Well for me, it Halloween spooky and it happens with a regularity that's really hard to explain or even contemplate, except that is unless you are the famous maker of Tesla cars, Elon Musk, who has recently stated with some certainty that "Odds are we're living in a simulation."
