If you look at the account's comments... they all have roughly that number in upvotes. Pretty sure there's some bots/fake-accounts at work.

I don't know if I'm impressed or disappointed.
i checked further, it's always the same collection of accounts upvoting these comments, some of them are high-profile steemit whales like the dollarvigilante... pretty fishy!
I was advised that I should delete this post. I will in 5 mins since I don't want to risk any negative consequences....
Why? For revealing some whale collusion that's going on?
