So - What about if you are in the first 5 upvotes but before the 30 minutes and then after you comes hundreds of upvotes? If I wait until 30 minutes, I would be one of 100's in some cases. I've only been here 1 week and find this complicated but interesting.
The tricky part is not to vote too early and also not too late :)
