A newbie's question - what is COA?
Do I understand it correctly that the procedure for a new buy of, for example, one coin is:
- go to https://steemsilverround.com/2019-steem-round-serial-number-coa-availability/ and find the available number of your choice
- go to https://steemsilverround.com/product/2019-steem-round-serial-number-coa-payment/ and put one item in the cart
- go to https://steemsilverround.com/product/2019-steem-silver-round/ and add one coin to the cart
- go to the cart, proceed to checkout
- enter shipping data
- enter your steem account name and desired serial number
- pay for it all :)
Is this correct?
Why there is an option for free shipping? Is it valid/available for Europe?

COA is Certificate of Authenticity no the free shipping is no longer valid but I do have some orders going to that area, might be able to add them and then ship to you once it gets to Whales
