Thank you my friend - it is a start, anyway. The thing with an initiative like this is to keep making noise about it. It may take a little time but people will start creating habits around it. You, as a marketing man, know the value in habits! It takes six weeks to create a habit.
I am trying to come up with ways to trigger and maintain that habit.
One mechanic I have thought of is to introduce a sort of 'Where's Wally?' type of thing. Every week we hide a steemit logo somewhere in the showcase. It may be in the art video or another section - even edited into a post.
The first one to find it - or all 5 if we put in 5 - to be decided, or varied - wins. It could be themed as well. At Easter there are 10 eggs, Champions League, 5 footballs - and so it goes. This will create a buzz around the thing.
It needs to be more than just posts - like a magazine with different sections. Word puzzles, spot the difference, etc. This will stand it out.
