It seem that only some post been noticed from doing something fishy but what about the one that always gave an upvote and make the post seem unnoticeable right after their vote? For example from this bot? person? @a-0-0 (-3)
I would say that this is a spam bot, which automatically follows every new user. The name is chosen so that it appears first in the follow list. the target is to get a re-follow. Then, the high number of followers is used to try selling resteem services.
They are capable of doing anything and I know there will be a risk to avoid them.
